Our staff of professionals are available to answer questions, schedule appointments, explain our services, and most importantly, make you feel relaxed and at peace. Here are a few things to consider to ensure you have a positive experience with us:
Arrival Time
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to handle any paperwork if you are a first time client. Arriving late will deprive you or minutes of your treatment..
Consultation
Please note all hair color services start at a minimum price. We recommend a consultation prior to booking appointment.
Group Events
For parties of 4 or more there is a 20% deposit on credit card and a 15% staff gratuity fee. Proper coordination of your group reservation requires additional time. Group availability is limited, please inquire.
Cancellations
A major credit card will reserve your appointment time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule service, we kindly ask for 24-hour notice.
Spa packages require a 48-hour cancellation notice. A $30 per hour fee will be charged if cancellation is not given in time.
You are only responsible for $30 for each hour that you have reserved. If vacated time can be filled, you won’t be charged. Kindly observe our cancellation policy to avoid being charged for a schedule appointment.
Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service time and will be responsible for full service fees. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend reserving your next appointment before you leave. |
